I am currently writing the first section of a Field Manual for leading small teams. This post serves as a place holder for what is to come.

I’m proud to lead a team of 50+ hard working men and women at QT Equipment, building some of the finest custom work trucks in the country. I started this adventure in 2005, taking over at the “pointy end of the boat” in 2011. Hopefully I’ve learned some lessons along the way and hopefully those lessons can help someone out there avoid the potholes I failed to navigate around.
